Property Intel provides landlord services and block management services across East London, including letting setup, rent collection, full management, HMO management, compliance coordination, maintenance coordination, reporting, and related switching or onboarding work where agreed. The website also provides enquiry routes and downloadable service materials to support those services.
Website And Resource Use
The website content, guides, and brochures are provided so landlords and block clients can understand the service routes before making contact. They are not legal, tax, or investment advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice on those matters.
Quotes, Pricing, And Scope
Published fees, quoted fees, and service boundaries shown on the website are subject to the property, the instruction, and the agreed scope. Third-party costs such as contractor invoices, certificates, council fees, or licensing charges sit outside the management fee unless stated otherwise in writing.
Promotions And Introductory Offers
From time to time, Property Intel may publish offer-specific or introductory terms for a named service. Those promotion terms apply only to that named offer and only where the promotion has been confirmed in writing for the instruction.
Assessment-Based Services
Some services, including HMO Management and Accommodation Management, require a property review before commercial terms can be confirmed. A request for information or an enquiry submission does not mean the property has been accepted for that service.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using the enquiry or download routes and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, false, or harmful content.
Property Intel Responsibilities
Where a service is taken forward, the agreed instruction, fee structure, reporting route, approval points, and exclusions will be confirmed before work starts. The website describes the operating model, but the signed instruction or proposal governs the final service scope.
Intellectual Property
Website copy, brochures, guides, branding, and visual material remain the property of Property Intel unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.
Privacy
Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, stored, and used.
Liability
Property Intel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Any operational responsibilities, liability limits, and service commitments for a live instruction are governed by the final agreement put in place for that instruction.
