We collect the information you submit directly to us, including name, email address, phone number, postcode, area, property details, landlord profile, service interest, switching information, and any documents or messages you send through the contact routes.
The website records page visits and completed enquiry or resource-download actions through Plausible analytics. The enquiry form also stores an unfinished draft in your browser session so you can continue without starting again. That draft stays in your browser and is removed when you submit or clear the form.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, qualify service fit, deliver requested downloads, follow up on landlord or block-management instructions, keep a record of communications, monitor website usage, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
