What the offer covers

We charge 5% of monthly rent for the first three months of Full Management on qualifying new instructions. From month four, our standard 10% rate applies, unless we've agreed a different rate in writing.

Who can claim it

New clients only. It applies to residential rental properties in our East London service area that meet our normal onboarding standards. The property can be vacant and getting ready to let, or already tenanted and moving into management, provided it's suitable for Full Management.

What's included

The offer applies to the Full Management service as set out on our website: rent, arrears, tenant communication, repairs, inspections, compliance and reporting. Third-party costs (certificates, contractor invoices, licensing fees, separately scoped legal or project work) sit outside the management fee, as they normally do.

Pricing and timing

The 5% rate runs for three months from the start date recorded in your signed instruction. From month four, the standard 10% rate applies. Any setup work, letting work or other separately scoped services before live management begins are agreed in writing and aren't covered by the introductory rate.

Minimum term

Full Management runs on a minimum six-month term. If the instruction ends early, is withdrawn, or moves off Full Management within that period, we may withdraw the promotional rate and recalculate the opening months at the standard fee, in line with the signed management agreement.

How to claim

Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form and tell us you'd like to claim the 5% introductory offer. We'll review the property, confirm fit and send a written proposal. The offer only applies once the instruction is accepted in writing and Full Management goes live.

Exclusions

The offer doesn't apply to existing clients, commercial property, serviced accommodation, block management, or properties that need a different service. It can't be combined with another discount, referral or promotional arrangement unless we confirm so in writing.

Changes and availability

This is a limited-time offer. We may amend or withdraw it for future instructions at any time. Where the offer has already been confirmed in a signed instruction, the agreed terms continue to apply for that instruction unless the agreement says otherwise.
